Steps of order Placing an order: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate details when filling out the order form. At any time during the order process, the customer may need to be contacted. Providing inaccurate information is a violation of the terms and conditions and could result in a forfeit of the guarantee provided for the service. Terms and conditions regarding service.

1. We make a scheduled of consultation of your order and provide consultation schedule time with in 48 hours after order as well as payment received.

2. Consultation time will be fixed within 3 to 7 days from the booking of order with full payment.

3. No refund facility is there so client has to ensure while making payment.

4. Client has to ensure that he/she should provide accurate birth details with some question on specific ground.

5. A consultation has half an hour of duration as maximum. Completion of half an hour means 30 minutes , call or Chat will automatically get disconnected.

6. In only one booking or one consultation one birth chart can be analyzed. & if the matter is related to marriage, divorce, etc husband and wife both birth chart will be analyzed.

6. Prediction is according to birth chart and Astrologer is not responsible for any changes of client’s such as attitude, life, behaviour, family life after consultation.

7. We prohibit the prediction such as gender of birth child before born, loss and gain for stuck market, bet etc.

8. None can complain to the astrologer regarding prediction. so astrologer is not responsible of behavioral changes on client after prediction.

9. Once payment is done, no refund policy is there. please ensure before payment.

10. Provide the accurate of birth time and birth place, as also question is mandatory for all.

11. During consultation we provide predictions to the best of our knowledge and for bitter truth no one can complain to the astrologer.

12. Client has to ensure about these above term and conditions and should proceed towards consultation.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

If you’re unsatisfied, please mail us with proper reasons . if there is suitable reason we will connect you for developing our websites. We do not offer cancellations or refunds unless otherwise agreed at our sole discretion. Refunds or reassignment will not be granted after 2 hours following the order completion date. Immediately after an order is placed, you will get confirmation by mail. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for requests made 2 or more hours after an order is placed. However, customers requesting a refund within 2 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund.
